Basic Maintenance Plan
Plan Overview
The Basic Plan is a mid-level plan for businesses with no more than 1 or 2 servers and 20 or fewer PC's. As with all Maintenance Plans, the Basic Plan will cover your company's, and your employee's PC's and networks for 1 year from date of contract.
Although we value all clients, if you are on our Maintenance Plan, you will receive priority support.

- Unused hours carry over until the contract expires.
- All PC's and peripherals covered no matter how many.
- Employee PC's and peripherals also covered.
- Cancellation policy which allows you flexibility in your support.
