“Darryl Gagne is one of the absolute best people I have found in the 10 years my sister and I have run New London Agency. When we have a computer emergency he ascertains whether some phone instruction will cure it, otherwise he comes immediately! I believe we're an hour's drive from his residence and yet he is never deterred and never puts us off. Sometimes, to fit us in, he offers to arrive at 6 am in the morning. I spend time trying to figure out what time he would have to get up to get here and conclude one thing — he's dedicated!
