Kathy has over 20 years experience in the Computer Industry and has received her Computer Science degree from UMass Lowell. Kathy has held several IT positions over the years, ranging from Network Specialist to IT Manager. She also holds Microsoft certifications in Windows XP, and Exchange Server. Kathy has spent the last few years working as a consultant troubleshooting and repairing Desktops, Servers and Network Infrastructures.
